He melted my heart.....

Sweet little Kaysen's session started out a little rocky, but after lots of snuggles by his gorgeous Mommy and me (best job ever!), he fell into a deep sleep and was a dream to photograph!! :) Thank-you Kimberly for the great visit and for the opportunity to photograph you and your perfect little man! <3

The Power of Advertising

I recently started advertising my photography as a business and am so happy with the response!! I placed an ad on kijiji and set up a facebook page and within a few days, I had booked a family session and 2 newborn sessions (this one being one of them)!

I got to meet sweet little Abigail when she was just one week young. She was so alert during our session and such a sweetie!

What a stunning little family! <3

I am so excited at the prospect of turning my love of photography into a business. I love that I learn something new at every session - everyone is different and I love experimenting and interacting with my clients, whether they are newborns, children or adults. This could possibly be the most wonderful, rewarding "job" (I don't even want to call it that because it feels like so much more) I have ever dreamed of!

A Mother's Day Session

Instead of flowers for Mom this year, Jess contacted me to find out if we could do a Mother's Day photo session instead - and what a lasting gift it was! On a chilly spring evening, we had a photo date and here were the results. What an absolutely lovely family they have - they were a pleasure to spend some time with!

I thought this was such a great idea for multiple generation photos. Had to try it - LOVE the finished product!!!

I found these photo frames in my Mom's basement and thought they could use a touch of color. I'm really happy with how they turned out.

Grandma and her grandbabies.... Gorgeous...... <3
